Registering for "My Account"

We are excited that you are interested in MyAccount! BWS is proud of its customer information system, which allows our customers to interact more closely with us.  Using the MyAccount feature you can obtain information about your account 24 hours a day, view your consumption information and create service request.

In order to get started, follow the instructions below:

• Click on the registration link: http://www.bws.bz/accounts/register/
• Fill out the registration form providing the name and account number exactly as it appears on your bill.
• Username:  This is the name you will use to login to MyAccount. Choose a name that you will remember.
• Password: Choose a password to secure your account. Six  or more characters are required.
• Retype the password for verification purposes.
• E-Mail Address: A link will be sent to the e-mail address provided to complete registration process. 
• Once the form is completed, Click on the check box to confirm that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions.
• Click on the "Submit" button to submit registration. 
• Go to the inbox of the email address you provided and click on the link provided to complete registration.
• Your account is now verified and you will be able to login. However, BWS needs to verify information provided and link it to your "MyAccount" login. You will not be able to view account details until this process is completed. Once your account is linked, you will receive  notification by e-mail.
• After notification is received, proceed to login using your username and password. You will now be able to view your account summary.
