BWS is seeking a limited number of bright young individuals willing to undergo training, development and hands-on experience for a one-year programme as Management Trainees in the areas of Engineering, Operations, Customer Services, Finance and Administration.
Applicants should have a Bachelors Degree in an appropriate discipline, and exhibit good aptitude, attitude and leadership potential. Trainees will receive a reasonable salary and a variety of training, both practical and theory. No previous management or supervisory experience is necessary. A good working knowledge of computer software will be an asset. Applicants must be willing to travel and be posted in different district branches during the programme.
