 NINTH ANNUALGENERAL MEETING

Belize Water Services Limited will hold its Ninth Annual General Meeting at the Belize Biltmore Plaza Hotel on Friday 27th August, 2010 commencing at 7:00pm sharp.

An AGM pack has been mailed to all Shareholders. Shareholders who cannot attend may, if they wish, appoint a Proxy by completing the Appointment of Proxy Form from the AGM pack. Shareholders may also submit the enclosed Response and Question Forms. The deadline for the receipt of these forms is 5:00pm on Monday 23rd August 2010.

If you have not yet received your AGM Pack, kindly call 222-4757 ext. 233 or stop by our BWS office at # 7 Central American Blvd to get a copy.

Shareholders are urged to attend and to be on time. For registration purposes please bring along your Shareholder Identification Card. If you need a new Shareholder Identification Card, please contact us at the number above before August 20, 2010.
