Application for Tariff Adjustment Submitted

 On March 13th, 2009 BWS submitted an application for Inflation Adjustment pursuant to Section 37A of the Water and Sewerage (Tariff Amendment) Byelaws 2004, to provide for an increase tariffs of 8% to compensate for increases in cost due to inflation was submitted to the Public Utilities Commision.
