BELIZE WATER SERVICES LIMITED 2009 APPLICATION FOR RATE ADJUSTMENTS DUE TO NOTIFIED ITEMS DECISION

2. (1) In respect of the application made March 13, 2009, by the Belize Water Services Limited (BWSL) for adjustments to the approved Tariffs due to Notified Items pursuant to Section 37A of the Water and Sewerage (Tariffs)Amendment) Byelaws, 2004, the Commission hereby makes the following Decision and Order:
(a) The Commission's Decision with respect to the application is that it does not in this instance approve any adjustments to the Tariffs without the benefit of conducting a Full Tariff Review Proceeding (FTRP) or an Annual Review Proceeding (ARP).
(b) The Commission Orders that the existing approved Tariffs shall remain in effect until adjustments are approved in any Final Decision and Order made and issued by the Commission in respect of a subsequent Full Tariff Review Proceeding (FTRP).
