If you are having trouble paying your bill, please visit your local BWS office to discuss payment plans.

BWS advises customers against paying their bills with unauthorized agents as the company cannot take responsbility for lost, inaccurate or missing payments.
Please note that Atlantic Bank also offers BWS bill payment service at any of their AtlaXpress Merchants located countrywide, however AtlaXpress Merchants charge $1.00 for each bill payment transaction. Click here to find your nearest AtlaXpress.
If you are paying your bill late, please pay directly at a BWS office to avoid an unnecessary disconnection.
